Pallet Quantities
All product must be ordered in pallet quantities
Order Minimum
There is no order minimum for will call orders. Online orders that are delivered must be at least $1000. This does not include sales tax or shipping.
Order Quantities
Responsibility for calculating order quantities shall be borne by the purchaser. Exceptions to our return policy (see below) will not be made for overages resulting from incorrect calculations.

Product Variation
Color, dimension, weight and texture may slightly vary due to natural materials used during manufacturing. The Appearance of the product may also vary due to sunlight, wetness, and or application of sealer.
Warranty
CastleLite Block hereby provides to the original purchaser a 25 year guarantee that concrete paving stones purchased by the purchaser and installed for residential use will be free from defects in workmanship or materials given normal use and care. Concrete paving stones installed according to ICPI standards, and properly cared for that prove defective will be replaced without cost. This warranty does not cover standard manufacturing variations including but not limited to color variation/matching, dimension, weight, and or texture. CastleLite Block does not assume responsibility for damage or defects arising from improper installation, abuse, alteration of the product, earth-shifts, acts of God, or application of any other materials to its concrete paving stones,.

You are eligible for a full refund as long as your order has not yet been shipped or picked up directly, otherwise see our return policy below.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted on unopened product. There is a 35% restocking fee. If we have to pick up the product then there will also be a freight charge. The return process must be initiated within 30 days of the product being received by the customer.
Pallet Fee
There will be a $18 non-refundable charge per each pallet of product ordered.
